  1. - Exit off 1-40 at exit #273/Hwy 56

  2. Take right (South) toward Smithville (gas stations/market on both sides of road)

  3. Go approximately 7 minutes and look for signs for, "Hurricane Marina", "Floating Mill
    Recreational Area" and "The Preserve" at rocky side of hill

  4. Turn Right off of Hwy 56 on to Floating Mill Road, toward Hurricane Marina/Floating Mill Recreational Area

  5. Preserve Townhomes on right (approximately half distance to Hurricane Marina)
